SHIPPING and HANDLING
The charge for shipping and handling will be noted on your invoice
and charged to your credit card in addition to your purchase.
Normal standard shipments are sent out via U.S. Postal Service,
usually within 2 days after payment is received. Delivery times are
out of our control, and can vary significantly during certain times
of the year. If special handling or faster delivery is desired,
please email us for a quote. Combined shipping for multiple
purchases is available upon request.
Seller will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
For orders to Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico, and International
locations, please contact us for a current rate and estimated
delivery time.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price
or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
We will not be responsible for the delay of insufficient address or
Customs delay. Please, check with your country's Customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. |

| Damage during shipment We take
special care in packaging our shipments, to lessen the possibility
of damage. If your package appears damaged upon delivery you must
refuse delivery or make a note on the shipper's signature copy. |

RETURNS INFORMATION
Returns may be accepted at the sole discretion of the seller.
Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at info@tresnouveau.com
within 7 days from receipt of goods (as documented by the shipping
carrier). Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the
purchaser. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped
by a seller are borne by the buyer. Items must be returned to the
seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at
$100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise
and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Tres Nouveau
retains the right to refund purchase amount based on inspection of
the returned item. |
